Our Fall camp in Canmore was cancelled today, due to lack of snow and warm weather.

We were all ready to head up to Canmore (near Banff) for the first time, and it is a bit disappointing, but you can't argue with Mother Nature....

Instead, it looks like we'll head to New Jersey to be with family for the holidays, which should be fun! Our team's head coach, JK, is rescheduling the camp, possibly for Colorado in December.

"The decision to move the events was made due to poor snow conditions and unfavorable temperatures for snowmaking in Canmore. At this point only minimal snow making has been possible because of continuing warm weather in the area. The Alberta Cup races, also scheduled for December 8th and 9th in Canmore will be reviewed and Cross Country Alberta will communicate any impact on these races."
